Transaction amount 50 million yen: Success fee of 5 million yen
Transaction amount 300 million yen: 300 million yen x 5% = Success fee of 15 million yen
Transaction amount 1.3 billion yen: 500 million yen × 5% + 500 million yen × 4% + 300 million yen × 3% = Success fee of 54 million yen
